In an environment in which 70% of the beers produced are produced by three industrialists who share the market, INDIA is more than ever claiming its INDEPENDENCE. At our brewery, the beer is brewed daily by Guillaume, our master brewer who is passionate about the craft and has been at the helm of the microbrewery since it opened three years ago. It is with knowledge but above all with exigency that Guillaume chooses meticulously the ingredients he will use to create his new beers according to what he is looking for: malt, barley, hops, yeast... nothing is chosen at random! Lager, white, amber, flavoured, APA, IPA, Christmas or seasonal beer, Guillaume is always looking for taste and quality. Our beers are brewed by infusion and are neither pasteurized nor filtered; they contain only the essentials, i.e. 0 additives, 0 colouring and 0 preservatives!
